Weekly Mowing
Same morning, same crew, sharp blades. Front, back, side — edged and blown clean before we leave the driveway.
starts at $45 · per visit
Round Rock, TX · Family-run since 1984
Jeff Price has been doing this on Sam Bass Road since 1984. Mowing, beds, sprinklers, and stone — across Round Rock, Georgetown, and the Brushy Creek side of WilCo.
Free, no-pressure walk-through. We quote on-site so the number you get is the number you pay.
Look for the sign
The little teal sign turns up in front yards from Sam Bass to Brushy Creek to Forest Creek. We don’t plant it everywhere — only the yards where the customer asked us to. Forty-one years of word-of-mouth, signed in cursive by the same guy who’s been on the truck since 1984.

Forty years on Sam Bass Road
Round Rock looked different in 1984. The yards Jeff mowed back then still had saplings. A lot of them are oaks now. He’s mowed under them every spring since.
The 80s — 1984
Jeff starts mowing yards out of a pickup on Sam Bass Road. Round Rock is 12,000 people. He buys his first commercial mower used.
The 90s — 1992
Adds sprinkler repair after watching too many lawns fail because nobody fixed the broken heads. Earns the Texas irrigator license.
The 00s — 2004
Builds out hardscape — flagstone walks, paver patios, dry-stacked limestone. The Williamson County clay teaches him patience with base prep.
The 10s — 2014
Round Rock hits 100,000 people. Half of Jeff’s customers are still the originals. He still pulls into the same driveways every Tuesday.
Now — Today
Forty-plus years in. Same phone number, same crew size, same answer when you call: Jeff, on the truck, between mows.
How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.
Honest pricing — yes, the pun is on purpose
Most lawn websites hide the number. We don’t. Forty years in Round Rock and we’ve never won a customer by being the cheapest — we keep them by being the same price next year, and the year after that.

Jeff walked our backyard before quoting and pointed out two sprinkler zones that hadn't run in years. Fixed it that week. Fair price, no upsell.

His landscape vision and knowledge came through quickly and we appreciated it. He told us straight what would work and what wouldn't.
